ADSB Top Entry High Shear Sealed Bearing Mixer

Superior Performance with Safety and Versatility

Batch sizes: 25L - 5000L

The ADSB top entry sealed bearing mixer can be vessel mounted or mounted on a lifting stand for mixing with interchangeable vessels, bins and containers.

The shaft rotates within a central support tube, with the shaft being guarded within the tube, making this mixer suitable for exposed applications.

This unique construction also allows for the use of a double mixing head. This design efficiently draws product in from both above and below with minimal obstruction, proving particularly useful when mixing light products which would otherwise float on the surface.

A range of easily interchanged heads can be supplied so that machines can be adapted to offer a wide range of mixing operations.

General Purpose – A versatile disintegrating head with 2 rows of holes coupled with a double action rotor to give vigorous mixing action. Suitable for thick solutions and slurry.

General purpose twin head – A disintegrating head with a combination of holes and slots coupled with double-action rotor ensure materials are given one or two-stage mixing without changing the stator.

Single castle – The single castle head coupled with a single castle rotor is designed for the production of emulsions and suspended matter in an average viscosity range.

Double castle – The double castle head and single castle rotor combination is designed for use with materials of higher viscosities. Typical application being dispersion of pigments.

Specialised variations – Triple castle head combined with double castle rotor, used in thin emulsions and suspended matter with a low content of solids when high particle fineness is to be obtained.

We also provide a service to design and develop customised dispersion heads to meet the requirements of various product processes.
